When construction projects get into "difficulties”
costs and deadlines become a risk

We have earned the nickname Red Adair through a number of "fire-fighting actions". Again and again it happens that projects almost come to a standstill and a focused communication can no longer take place, the persons responsible no longer have confidence in the project management and find the whole work intimidating.

In such stressful situations, WW-AC has often been called in to take over the project and bring it to a successful end.

Adair developed very unusual fire-fighting methods that had nothing to do with the fire-fighting operations known until then. He extinguished fires on leaking gas pipelines and oil fields using targeted explosive detonations. These operations consumed so much oxygen that the fires went out.
