After a construction period of only nine months carried out in the target quality and budget framework, we could celebrate the completed extension of the speciality retail center. The investors had commissioned WW-AC with the project management.

We have concluded a master contract with DEKA, a real estate investor with a portfolio comprising nationwide some 250 properties. This general planning services contract covers the real estate portfolio of the West region (Düsseldorf and Cologne with an area of ca. 384,000 m²) and the North region (Berlin and Hamburg with an area of ca. 464,000 m²). We are looking forward to a successful cooperation.
